Today we had a lengthy board meeting covering business strategy and governance. I’m grateful for my team and the board members who invested the time and energy over the past year to get us to this point. I’m especially grateful we came to a clear decision on a key matter—it reminded me that clarity and action are powerful gifts in leadership.
