In the last few weeks, I began interviewing for a personal assistant and ended up engaging two—one focused on internal matters and one on external. Already, I can feel the impact. Today, one of them told me, “We need to get everything out of your head and into our TRELLO tracking system so we can lighten your load.” That simple statement meant so much. My work is heavy by design, but having colleagues who step in to help carry it makes all the difference. I know that with their support, we’ll build systems and processes that will take everything I’m involved in to another level.
