Today, I’m grateful for simple, accessible tech. I had a flight to Boston and was set to be picked up when my colleague and assistant sent me a quick reminder: it was the last day for another teammate who had served the bank for 20 years. She knows I’ve been trying to slow down and celebrate our people more—appreciate them, cheer them on. With just a few minutes before my car arrived, I was able to record and customize a video myself—yes, I did it all. It was a small gesture, but a meaningful one. Over the past year, I’ve been exploring how technology can help me be more streamlined—ironically, to be more in touch, more present, and more efficient. I love it when it's easy.
