This evening, I hosted a conversation with men about life, business, and investing. I know I don’t have all the answers, but I study, I stay curious, and I take measured risks.
We discussed how people from scarcity often avoid risk, clinging to the desire for a “sure deal.” But needing certainty can lead to paralysis, and that paralysis kills growth. I was reminded that curiosity may be the very thing that gives others the courage to study and grow.
