Today, I joined a book club event at the bank—and the book just happened to be mine. We explored some of the early history I shared in Twice Over a Man, and I appreciated the real questions and honest feedback. We talked about how so much behavior we see—especially in the workplace—stems from unresolved childhood or early adulthood trauma. A question that stuck with me: “What does forgiveness mean to you?” It reminded me that awareness of our past can unlock emotional freedom and fuel forward momentum.
