The last couple of nights, I haven’t slept well, but this morning I woke up feeling more energized. It’s interesting – I wake up at about the same time each day, but if something’s on my mind, I tend to wake up even earlier. On the days when nothing’s bothering me but I still toss and turn, it just doesn’t feel good. The quality of sleep really matters, and I’ve been trying to detect if there are any triggers. I suspect eating and drinking late in the day might affect my rest, but I’m still investigating.
