I had nine meetings today. Each one was an opportunity to check in, share updates, and build trust. Early in my time at the bank, I started a ritual—every Monday begins with a meeting with our CFO. We review the previous week, look ahead to the current one, and get in sync. That’s followed by a brief check-in with the full executive team to align on key initiatives, then a series of one-on-ones and skip-level meetings. Mondays are intentionally reserved for internal recalibration. The day is full—but the structure creates a rhythm. And that rhythm fuels our momentum.
