I spent the day in a number of key internal meetings, and I left feeling energized. I’m especially excited about the early work of a new colleague on consumer growth. They’re not only digging deep into analysis but also moving us forward with strategic clarity—helping us build the right products for consumers. Across the business, it feels like we’re in a rhythm, with each person bringing their unique vision and strategic lens, looking both inward and outward. That kind of synergy is what gives me energy. I’m grateful for the team and the momentum we’re building together.
