Over the past several weeks, I’ve had a number of meetings where I needed to lean on my colleagues—whether for bank-related priorities, support from my Chief of Staff, or even personal assistant needs. Each time, they showed up with excellence. I believe all good things come when you have the right people with the right expertise, mindset, and energy plugging into your vision. When you surround yourself with leaders who believe in what you’re building, it not only strengthens the mission, it strengthens you. I’m deeply thankful for their commitment—to the bank, and to me personally.
