A person I deeply respect recently told me they loved what I’m trying to do to encourage others. Those words meant a lot. It got me thinking about encouragement in general. Sometimes it’s public—like sharing someone’s podcast, book, or article. Other times it’s private—like when someone quietly says, “I really enjoy the faith angle in your work.” Those moments often show up when you least expect them, but they carry the deepest weight. True encouragement flows from authenticity, reminding us to keep showing up as who we are.
