Today I carved out space to work on something that stretches me, a leadership AI built in my voice. I spent the day thinking through the architecture of the bot and gathering content to train it well. It’s a stretch because I’m learning new technology, asking whether it can authentically reflect how I speak and lead. My hope is that it’ll add real value to others on their leadership journey.
