Reflection/Why I’m Grateful:

I joined a circle of African-American business owners to talk about the future of Black business in America. I asked, “How do we create more high-quality businesses?” One elder responded with something we’ve heard before, but it still matters: “We need greater access to capital.” Real talk. No shortcuts.
