During an assessment meeting today, as names were read, I could clearly picture the faces. It hit me that I’ve been here long enough to know who’s new, who’s been around, and the patterns of growth in our organization. Longevity builds roots, and roots create stability. That stability accelerates performance and gives perspective you just can’t buy.
