Hello, I’m Orvin.

I’ve had an unconventional life and an even less conventional career path. From growing up in the foster care system to leading a nearly $3 billion community bank, my journey has been one of resilience, faith, and transformation.

I believe that our greatest calling is not simply to succeed — but to become. My life’s work has been about helping people, organizations, and communities transform — to reframe how they think, reclaim their agency, and rename what’s possible. Along the way, I’ve discovered that a meaningful life is built on seven core values: Faith, Resilience, Courage, Authenticity, Empowerment, Relationships, and Adaptability.
