  Today I got to meet the CEO of New Balance. I’m grateful for the fresh perspective that comes from engaging with new leaders. He said many valuable things, but one stood out the most: his evolved understanding that culture shapes everything in a company. That insight, simple as it sounds, is a deep leadership principle—and one many leaders miss.
