Reflection/Why I’m Grateful:

 At today’s Women’s Day celebration, I was reminded just how much the world is held together by women—leaders, caretakers, workers, moms. A few comments linger with me. One colleague said, “Finding balance isn’t about perfection—it’s a dance I feel empowered to lead.” Another shared, “Know your worth and the value you bring. This is one of the best environments I’ve worked in.” Women make up over half our workforce, and their impact is clear in our culture, performance, and outcomes. They don’t need to prove more. They show their value daily.
