 We hosted the bank’s first-ever capital campaign kickoff today. It’s a big effort, and I’m grateful for the team’s tireless preparation to reach this moment. Big wins don’t just happen—small, unseen contributions aggregate into something significant. I’m especially thankful for the people who rarely get recognition but are essential to success.
