Gratitude Focus: Transformative Economic Development

Reflection/Why I’m Grateful:

At the bank, I get to sit front row to many projects across St. Louis that focus on economic development. But today was different. I met with the managing director of a large initiative to rebuild part of North St. Louis County.

I’ve followed this project for years, but listening to his heart, hearing his update, and catching his vision made it sharper for me. It reminded me why I’m so energized about the work we get to do—not just banking, but building up communities that have long been overlooked. It also got me thinking about new relationships I can help put in place to bring this vision to life.

Hi, I’m Orvin Kimbrough, volunteer, board director, chairman, and CEO. I help professionals move from feeling stuck to being strengthened by reshaping how they think, lead, and live.
