Gratitude Focus: Today I’m grateful for a dear friend who has been sick over the past week.

Reflection/Why I’m Grateful:

I’m grateful for her life and I’m praying for her healing, for strength, comfort, and restoration in her body. Her struggle is a reminder that as leaders, if we don’t have our health, nothing else truly matters. Goals, success, and responsibilities lose their weight if we can’t show up whole.

“Dear friend, I pray that you may enjoy good health and that all may go well with you, even as your soul is getting along well.” — 3 John 1:2

What This Means
This verse reminds us that prosperity begins within. When our souls are healthy, everything else, our bodies, our leadership, and our work—can flourish. Health is not a luxury; it is the foundation that allows us to live, lead, and serve at our best.

Who are you praying for today, and how can you help encourage their healing and wholeness?
